Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping within the United States & Canada

  • We ship via Curbside Delivery. Orders usually ship within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Delivery is to the driveway or curb outside the delivery address. Customers are responsible for moving the product(s) inside.

  • The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a time. They will use the daytime phone number provided at checkout.

  • If the carrier cannot reach you after several attempts, the shipment will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

  • If you refuse delivery for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the full round-trip shipping costs.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

  • Before signing for delivery, carefully inspect all cartons and packaging. Some wear on packaging is normal.

  • Open each package and inspect the contents before the driver leaves.

  • If merchandise is damaged:

    • Write a description of the damage on the freight bill.

    • Refuse only the damaged item(s) and send them back with the driver.

    • Accept all items that are not damaged.

    • Contact our Customer Service team to arrange a re-shipment.

  • If you accept delivery of a damaged item and later return it, you will be responsible for repair costs and round-trip shipping fees (up to $1,000).

Florida Sales Tax

  • Orders shipped within Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.

International Shipping

  • Ocean freight shipping to major ports in Europe and South America costs approximately $650.00.

  • Customs clearance, duties, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price minus a 20–40% restocking fee.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Prior authorization must be arranged by phone or email.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Our merchant service company charges a non-refundable processing fee of 3.5% for all canceled orders, regardless of the reason.

  • This fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • To avoid unnecessary fees, please contact us before placing your order to confirm stock availability and ensure the item is not on backorder.
