We ship via Curbside Delivery in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, orders usually ship within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Shipment will be delivered to the driveway or the curb outside of the delivery address. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside.
The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime phone number provided. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule.
Before signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for packaging to show some wear. Open each package. If there is any damage to the merchandise, write the description of the damage on the freight bill and then inspect the inside before the driver leaves the premises. If the item is damaged you must refuse it and send it back with the driver. Reject ONLY the merchandise that is damaged. Accept all of the merchandise that is not damaged. Contact Customer Service to arrange for re-shipment.
Cost of a shipping by ocean freight to major ports in Europe and South America is about $650.00. Custom clearance, duties and local taxes will be the customer's responsibility.
If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged item, you will be responsible for all actual return shipping costs. Return shipping fees range anywhere from $100 to $299, depending on the size and weight of the item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased Items, You may Return the Item for Refund within 7 days from the day you receive the item.
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item(less 20% restocking fees in some cases) but shipping costs are not refundable. The item must be in its original (new) condition and packaging and prior authorization must be arranged by phone or email. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well.
